About Pre-Health Shadowing

We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit with a remote team based across the world, from North America to Europe. We focus on Pre-Health Education and Community Development.

What You’ll Achieve

• Manage and maintain website functions and virtual session operations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in a fast-paced, event-based environment.
• Build skills in customer support, content management, and cross-team collaboration.

About the Role

• Respond to support tickets (website access, login issues, certificate downloads, and other platform concerns).
• Provide real-time troubleshooting during live sessions for students and speakers.
• Upload session recordings, slides, and supplementary materials post-event.
• Maintain an organized library of past session materials.
• Collaborate with IT, Student Success, and Marketing on ongoing technical needs.

Nice to Haves

• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Gmail).
• Basic CMS experience (WordPress, LearnPress).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in healthcare, education, or nonprofit work.
