About Pre-Health Shadowing
Pre-Health Shadowing (PHS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit redefining how students explore healthcare careers. We connect learners from around the world with free, virtual shadowing sessions and mentorship opportunities—removing barriers like geography, finances, and limited professional networks.

- Redesign and modernize the PHS website for improved user experience.
- Implement accessibility and responsive design best practices.
- Collaborate with the Department Head on modernization projects.
- Update and optimize existing content and layouts.
- Ensure brand consistency across all pages.
What You Bring
- 1+ year of WordPress experience.
- Understanding of web accessibility standards.
- Strong organizational and design skills.
- Comfort with Google Workspace, Slack, and Monday.com.
