Pre-Health Shadowing (PHS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit redefining how students explore healthcare careers. We connect learners from around the world with free, virtual shadowing sessions and mentorship opportunities—removing barriers like geography, finances, and limited professional networks.

Role Snapshot
- Oversees all video projects from concept to final upload
- Develops content calendars in collaboration with marketing leadership
- Assigns filming and editing tasks to team members
- Reviews and approves final videos before publication
- Ensures consistency in branding, tone, and visual style
- Coordinates with social media team for optimized posting formats
What You Bring
- Proficiency in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, Canva, or similar)
- Strong storytelling and visual composition skills
- Experience leading or coordinating creative projects
- Ability to provide constructive feedback and revisions
- Understanding of short-form and long-form content strategy
