About Pre-Health Shadowing
Pre-Health Shadowing (PHS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit redefining how students explore healthcare careers. We connect learners from around the world with free, virtual shadowing sessions and mentorship opportunities—removing barriers like geography, finances, and limited professional networks.

Role Snapshot
- Review leadership applications and assess candidate suitability.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate selection with department leads.
- Maintain recruitment tracking systems and ensure accurate records.
- Support onboarding of new leadership team members.
- Develop and refine recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
What You Bring
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in recruitment, HR, or volunteer coordination (preferred).
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort with Google Workspace, Slack, and Monday.com.
