About Pre-Health Shadowing
Pre-Health Shadowing (PHS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit redefining how students explore healthcare careers. We connect learners from around the world with free, virtual shadowing sessions and mentorship opportunities—removing barriers like geography, finances, and limited professional networks.

Role Snapshot
- Coordinate and schedule virtual shadowing sessions with guest speakers.
- Host sessions or ensure a host is assigned.
- Oversee session logistics and tech setup.
- Communicate with IT to upload and publish sessions promptly.
- Support outreach efforts when no live sessions are scheduled.
- Maintain session calendar and follow up with speakers post-event.
What You Bring
- Strong leadership and event coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
- Confident hosting events via Zoom.
- Comfort with Google Workspace, Slack, Monday.com, and Zoom.
