About Pre-Health Shadowing
Pre-Health Shadowing (PHS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit redefining how students explore healthcare careers. We connect learners from around the world with free, virtual shadowing sessions and mentorship opportunities—removing barriers like geography, finances, and limited professional networks.

Role Snapshot
- Assist with scheduling and confirming virtual shadowing sessions.
- Coordinate with speakers and ensure they are prepared for their session.
- Support live session logistics, including managing moderators and tech setup.
- Host sessions when necessary.
- Help with outreach efforts when no live sessions are scheduled.
- Maintain accurate session records and follow up as needed.

- Comfort with Zoom, Google Workspace, Slack, and Monday.com.
