About Pre-Health Shadowing
Pre-Health Shadowing (PHS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit redefining how students explore healthcare careers. We connect learners from around the world with free, virtual shadowing sessions and mentorship opportunities—removing barriers like geography, finances, and limited professional networks.

Role Snapshot
- Help run weekly Student Success department meetings
- Support volunteers and team leads with clear communication and follow-ups
- Coordinate deadlines, projects, and workflows across the department
- Manage tasks related to virtual shadowing, HTP, outreach, and student support
- Keep the department organized and aligned with PHS goals
- Work with other departments when projects overlap
- Help maintain consistency, quality, and responsiveness within the team

- Strong communication and people-management skills

- Experience leading teams, projects, or campus organizations
- Ability to problem-solve and keep things moving
