About the Book and Author
Stan Peake is a renowned executive coach, speaker, and author with over 25 years of experience in the field. Nina’s Journey and Vision
Nina Bouzamondo-Bernstein founded Pre-Health Shadowing (PHS) at just 18 years old, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. With limited experience in leading a team, she faced numerous challenges head-on. From navigating virtual platforms to managing a remote team of dedicated volunteers, Nina’s journey was filled with obstacles that she overcame with determination and resilience.
Pre-Health Shadowing is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that provides virtual shadowing opportunities for pre-health students. Since its launch in September 2020, PHS has impacted about 60,000 students and has grown to include around 5,000 remote volunteers. These volunteers help with operations overseen by a leadership team composed of high school, undergraduate, and graduate students, as well as professionals.
In Nina’s Words

“I am incredibly honored to be featured as the youngest contributor in Stan Peake’s book. My hope is to inspire the next generation of young leaders. I am still learning every day and have made mistakes along the way, but each challenge has been a stepping stone to growth.”
