About the Speaker
Dr. Tracilyn Hall is an Assistant Professor of Gynecologic Oncology at Baylor College of Medicine who works to ameliorate health care disparities for cancer patients in low-resource settings. She is passionate about ensuring patients from all backgrounds have the access and support they need to navigate complex health systems in order to receive their cancer care.
Dr. Hall is board certified in gynecologic oncology as well as obstetrics and gynecology. She completed medical school at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, residency at Houston Methodist Hospital, and her fellowship at Massachusetts General Hospital. In addition to her interest in ameliorating health care disparities, Dr. Hall provides direct medical education to learners at all levels and has been recognized for her outstanding teaching for the last 5 years in a row.
