About the Speaker
Janette Villalon did her undergraduate work at UCI in Biological Sciences. She then graduated from Weill Cornell Medical College Physician Assistant Program in New York City in 2001. She specialized in Liver Transplant at Mount Sinai in NYC until starting at UCI in 2003. She worked in Hepatobiliary Surgery and the Division of Transplant until 10/2014 when she then began working in the Comprehensive Digestive Disease Center at UCI where she specializes in Inflammatory Bowel Disease
