About the Speaker
Dr. Nwabuobi earned his undergraduate degree from State University of New York, Purchase College in Purchase, New York and his master’s degree from Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York. He went on to obtain his medical degree from Albert Einstein College of Medicine in Bronx, New York. Following medical school, he completed his internship and residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Rochester Medical Center/Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, New York. Dr. Nwabuobi completed his Maternal-Fetal Medicine fellowship training at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine/Tampa General Hospital in Tampa, Florida. Dr. Nwabuobi has published extensively and lectures frequently on perinatal topics. Dr. Nwabuobi’s primary clinical interests include preeclampsia, fetal growth restriction, fetal therapy, global health, and telemedicine.
