About the Speaker
Dr. Kaitlin Herzog attended the University of Pittsburgh, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. She went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Wheeling Jesuit University. Kaitlin has been an athlete for most of her life and was introduced to physical therapy when she had several sports-related injuries. She decided to become a physical therapist to help others maintain an active lifestyle while staying pain free. She is a record-holding competitive powerlifter, and also coaches CrossFit, and specializes in treating the barbell athlete. She also specializes in women’s health, and works with women of all ages to help them feel their best. She holds certifications in DN 1 and 2, MFR, SFMA, and USAW1. She also has experience treating in a variety of settings with different populations including: geriatrics, vestibular, USA Shooting, Minor League Baseball, ICU/acute care, and chronic pain.
How to participate
The class will become available about 30 minutes prior to the start of the presentation. During this time, you should ensure that you have the Zoom client installed and working.

After the presentation, return to this course to take the post-lecture quiz. The quiz will consist of information that was presented during the session and should not be difficult if you watched the presentation. Once you finish and pass the quiz, mark the course as complete.
