About the Speaker

Saskia Rechin, CCP (She/Her) is a Cardiovascular Perfusionist at Pacific Life Lines, Inc., where she supports complex cardiac and organ procurement procedures as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. She brings hands-on expertise in perfusion technology and a strong commitment to patient safety, precision, and clinical excellence.

Saskia earned her Master’s degree in Pharmacology with a concentration in Perfusion Technology from the University of Arizona, graduating with a 4.0 GPA. She previously served as a Perfusion Assistant in Organ Procurement at Banner Health, gaining extensive experience in donor management and extracorporeal support. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a Pre-Health focus from Hawaii Pacific University. Saskia is passionate about advancing cardiovascular care through evidence-based practice, collaboration, and continuous learning.

The class will become available about 30 minutes prior to the start of the presentation. During this time, you should ensure that you have the Zoom client installed and working.

How to get your Participation Certificate

After the presentation, return to this course to take the post-lecture quiz. The quiz will consist of information that was presented during the session and should not be difficult if you watched the presentation. Once you finish and pass the quiz, mark the course as complete. Your certificate will be available for download as a PDF file upon completion.
