The Lead Manager is responsible for overseeing two departments: the Marketing Department and the Student Success Department. They actively manage all aspects of these departments and provide support to the individuals within them, including the respective Department Heads. The Lead Manager ensures the smooth operation and success of both departments.
The IT Department Head oversees all IT-related operations. They assist team leads, review their reports and project proposals, actively participate in department meetings, and report their weekly achievements to the lead manager.
The Lead of Website Development oversees all aspects of PHS website management. They are responsible for adding, updating, and revising pages on the website.
The Assistant to the Lead of Website Development assists the Lead in all website-related projects. They are responsible for taking notes during meetings and creating reports for upper management meetings.
The Lead of Live Sessions Tech Support is responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of technology during live sessions. This position requires being accessible and responsive during live sessions to address any interruptions that may arise. The technology used includes Zoom, Google Slides/Powerpoint, the PHS website, and live session quizzes.
The Assistant to the Lead of Live Session Tech Support provides support in handling all live session-related requests and incidents. Additionally, the assistant assists the lead in taking meeting notes and creating reports for upper management meetings.
The IT Lead actively contributes to various IT projects, providing assistance and expertise. They actively innovate, design, implement, and supervise technology solutions aimed at enhancing the efficiency of PHS operations and equipping volunteers and members with top-notch tools.
The Assistant to the IT Lead plays a vital role in handling live session-related requests and incidents. They support the IT Lead in note-taking during meetings and creating reports for upper management meetings. Their active involvement ensures seamless operations and effective communication within the IT team.

Pre-Health Shadowing is actively seeking upper management roles at this time. This includes: Lead Manager and Assistant Manager Roles.
Ideal candidates for this role will have 1-2 years of leadership, management, or administrative experience and weekly availibility of at least 8 hours.
All other roles will be considered beginning in January 2024. You are welcome to apply at any time.
