Department of Student Success

The Head of Student Success ensures smooth operation of projects and processes within the Department of Student Success under their supervision. They maintain close contact with all Leads and assigned Lead Manager(s), addressing department-specific issues as needed. The Department Heads enforce deadlines with their leads to ensure timely completion of department-wide activities, avoiding any disruptions to PHS operations.

The Lead of HTP oversees the High School Training for PHS program. This includes (but is not limited to): maintaining organization within the program, acting as the main point of contact for all program-related inquiries, and overseeing all operations within the HTP program.

The HTP Assistant Lead directly assists the Lead of HTP, and is also responsible for creating reports to track insights and provide constructive feedback to the team.

The Lead of Tutoring oversees the Tutoring program. This includes (but is not limited to): maintaining organization within the program, acting as the main point of contact for all program-related inquiries, and overseeing all operations within the Tutoring program.

The Tutoring Assistant Lead directly assists the Lead of Tutoring, and is also responsible for creating reports to track insights and provide constructive feedback to the team.

The Lead of THP oversees the Transfer to Healthcare Program. This includes (but is not limited to): maintaining organization within the program, acting as the main point of contact for all program-related inquiries, and overseeing all operations within the Transfer to Healthcare Program.

The THP Assistant Lead directly assists the Lead of THP, and is also responsible for creating reports to track insights and provide constructive feedback to the team.

The Lead of Research Program oversees the PHS Research Program. This includes (but is not limited to): maintaining organization within the program, acting as the main point of contact for all program-related inquiries, and overseeing all operations within the PHS Research Program.

The Research Assistant Lead directly assists the Lead of Research Program, and is also responsible for creating reports to track insights and provide constructive feedback to the team.

The Lead of Shadowing Live Session Program oversees the Shadowing Live Session Program. This includes (but is not limited to): maintaining organization within the program, acting as the main point of contact for all program-related inquiries, and overseeing all operations within the Shadowing Live Session Program.

The Live Session Assistant Lead directly assists the Lead of Shadowing Live Session Program, and is also responsible for creating reports to track insights and provide constructive feedback to the team and initiate new ideas.

The Lead of Mentorship Initiative oversees the Mentorship Program. This includes (but is not limited to): maintaining organization within the program, acting as the main point of contact for all program-related inquiries, and overseeing all operations within the Mentorship Program.

The Mentorship Assistant Lead directly assists the Lead of Mentorship Initiative, and is also responsible for creating reports to track insights and provide constructive feedback to the team and initiate new ideas and activities.

Pre-Health Shadowing is actively seeking upper management roles at this time. This includes: Lead Manager and Assistant Manager Roles.
Ideal candidates for this role will have 1-2 years of leadership, management, or administrative experience and weekly availibility of at least 8 hours.

All other roles will be considered beginning in January 2024. You are welcome to apply at any time.
