The Head of Marketing oversees all activities and operations within the department on a weekly basis. They maintain communication with other Department of Marketing Leads, ensuring efficient task completion. Collaborating with other Leads, they strategize to solve problems and achieve successful outcomes in Marketing-related events. Additionally, they provide support to department members whenever assistance is needed or requested.
 
The Lead of Social Media: Instagram is responsible for actively managing the official PHS Instagram account. Their responsibilities include posting and organizing content, responding to comments and direct messages, promoting content, and generating new ideas for the page, among other tasks.
 
The Instagram Strategist focuses on researching and developing strategies to facilitate the growth of the Instagram page. They measure the success of each post type, create constructive feedback reports, and utilize marketing tools, among other activities. They directly assist the Lead and can assume the Lead’s responsibilities when unavailable. They also maintain contact with volunteers to facilitate organization and collaboration within the team.
 
The Lead of Social Media: LinkedIn maintains the official PHS LinkedIn account. They post articles and updates, share relevant posts from others, showcase shadowing sessions, and highlight students within the organization, among other duties.
 
The LinkedIn Strategist is responsible for devising and implementing strategies for the official PHS LinkedIn page. They measure the success of each post type, develop feedback reports, and utilize marketing tools. They work closely with the editorials department to feature written pieces. Similar to the Instagram role, they directly assist the Lead and can act as the Lead if necessary. They also communicate with volunteers to foster organization and collaboration within the team.
 
The Lead of Social Media: Facebook manages the official PHS Facebook account. Their tasks include posting and organizing content, updating the page with upcoming event information, responding to comments and direct messages, promoting content, and generating new ideas for the page.
 
The Facebook Strategist conducts research and develops strategies to facilitate the growth of the Facebook page. They measure the success of each post type, create feedback reports, and use marketing tools. They assist the Lead directly and can assume the Lead’s responsibilities when required. They also maintain contact with volunteers to facilitate organization and collaboration within the team.
 
The Lead of Social Media: TikTok is responsible for actively managing the official PHS TikTok account. Their responsibilities include posting and organizing content, planning content creation, updating the page with upcoming event information, responding to comments and direct messages, promoting content, and generating new ideas for the page.
 
The TikTok Strategist focuses on researching and developing strategies to aid the growth of the TikTok page. They measure the success of each post type, develop feedback reports, utilize marketing tools, and coordinate specific content creation with the volunteer team. Similar to other social media roles, they directly assist the Lead and can assume the Lead’s responsibilities when necessary. They also maintain contact with volunteers to facilitate organization and collaboration within the team.
 
The Lead of Creative Design is responsible for creating various media content, such as flyers, posts, logos, and other artwork, to support ongoing projects within PHS.
 
The Assistant to the Lead of Creative Design supports the Lead and manages the volunteer team to ensure organized distribution and approval of projects. They also keep track of deadlines and provide assistance wherever needed or requested by volunteers and the Lead.
 
The Lead of Video Productions is responsible for creating video media content. They plan, implement, and edit all aspects of video projects, generate new ideas, and maintain logistics to ensure compliance with copyright and other legal considerations. The goal of this role is to showcase various aspects of PHS, with a focus on opportunities and diversity within the organization.
 
The Assistant to the Lead of Video Productions supports the Lead and manages the volunteer team to ensure organized distribution and approval of projects. They also keep track of deadlines and provide assistance wherever needed or requested by volunteers and the Lead.
