We are currently prioritizing the recruitment of Department Heads, Upper Management, and roles in Marketing, Finance, and HR. Ideal candidates for these roles have 1-2 years of leadership, management, or administrative experience and weekly availability of at least 8 hours. Department of Finance

The Head of Finance oversees all activities within the department on a weekly basis. They maintain constant communication with other Department of Finance Leads and ensure efficient completion of tasks. They collaborate with other Leads in the Finance Department to strategize, solve problems, and achieve successful outcomes in finance-related events.
 
The Lead of Grants actively writes grants for Pre-Health Shadowing, playing a key role in securing funding for the organization. Their primary responsibilities include identifying and researching funding opportunities that align with Pre-Health Shadowing’s mission, and developing well-structured grant proposals that have a high likelihood of success. They maintain ongoing communication with the Finance Department Head and Finance Assistant in Grants, ensuring a coordinated approach to grant-related activities.
 
The Assistant to the Lead of Grants collaborates with the Lead of Grants to submit, construct, and enhance grants related to Pre-Health Shadowing. Additionally, they maintain constant communication with the Lead of Grants and ensure the information is effectively conveyed to a team of committed volunteers.
 
The Lead of Sponsorships actively manages and oversees the negotiation and maintenance of sponsorships for Pre-Health Shadowing. They collaborate with the Finance Assistant of Sponsorships to develop sponsorship proposals and engage in transparent communication with sponsors. Additionally, they provide vital administrative support for sponsorship projects and other related initiatives. Working closely with the Marketing Team, they strive to secure high-level sponsors that align with Pre-Health Shadowing’s mission and contribute to its success. The Lead of Sponsorships maintains regular communication with the Finance Department Head and Finance Assistant in Sponsorships.
 
The Assistant to the Lead of Sponsorships collaborates with the Lead of Sponsorships to organize, submit, and maintain various sponsorships that support the ongoing mission of Pre-Health Shadowing. In addition, they are responsible for communicating with the Lead of Sponsorships and sharing that information with a dedicated team of volunteers.
 
The Lead of Donorship actively communicates with current and potential donors of Pre-Health Shadowing. They search various platforms for information on donors supporting similar organizations and establish connections through email and LinkedIn. The Lead constructs templates for reaching out to potential donors and collaborates with the Finance Assistant in Donorship to ensure efficient delivery of these crucial messages. They maintain ongoing communication with the Finance Department Head and Finance Assistant in Grants.
 
The Assistant to the Lead of Donorship works closely with the Lead of Donorship to create, send, and manage communication with current and potential sponsors for Pre-Health Shadowing. Responsibilities include maintaining ongoing communication with the Lead of Donorship and effectively relaying information to a dedicated team of volunteers.
 
The Lead of Fundraising designs fundraising projects for Pre-Health Shadowing, researching new fundraising ideas, submitting proposals to the Pre-Health Shadowing Board, and seeking approval. They collaborate with the Marketing Department to create promotional content for events and keep track of the success of each fundraising event. The Lead maintains communication with the Finance Department Head and Finance Assistant to coordinate fundraising efforts.
 
The Assistant to the Lead of Fundraising works closely with the Lead of Fundraising to research, submit, create promotional content, and manage various fundraising events organized by Pre-Health Shadowing. They are responsible for maintaining effective communication with the Lead of Fundraising and relaying important information to a team of dedicated volunteers. Additional responsibilities include tracking the progress of fundraising events.

    After submitting your application, our leadership team will review it. If we want to speak to your further, we will request a date and time for an interview. Please note that all Team Member positions are unpaid volunteer roles, as our organization operates entirely on a volunteer basis.
