We are currently prioritizing the recruitment of Department Heads, Upper Management, and roles in Marketing, Finance, and HR. Ideal candidates for these roles have 1-2 years of leadership, management, or administrative experience and weekly availability of at least 8 hours. While we welcome applications for other positions, please be advised that the processing time for these roles may be longer due to our urgent focus on the mentioned positions. Department of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Wellness

The Head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Wellness ensures smooth operations and processes within the Department of DEIW by actively supervising projects. They maintain consistent and close contact with all Leads and assigned Lead Manager(s), addressing department-specific issues to the best of their ability. The Department Head enforces deadlines and ensures timely completion of department-wide activities to keep PHS operations running smoothly.
 
The Lead of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion fosters a welcoming and inclusive environment within the PHS community. They actively identify areas for improvement in diversity and inclusion and address current issues in this area. As the point of contact for diversity and inclusion concerns, they provide support to individuals. They may review PHS projects to ensure inclusive standards are met and report progress to the Department Head.
 
The Lead of Wellness prioritizes the well-being of the entire PHS community. They oversee and respond to weekly check-ins, hosting community hours for effective communication and bonding. As the point of contact for Team Members facing mental or emotional distress, they actively address grievances and mediate contact to resolve work-related problems. The Lead of Wellness maintains professionalism, respecting privacy and good faith. They report progress to the Department Head.
 
The Lead Activity Coordinator oversees organization-wide PHS activities. They are the point of contact for idea proposals and are responsible for organizing and ensuring the smooth execution of events. They keep Team Members informed about planned and upcoming events and ensure timely notifications. The Lead Activity Coordinator collaborates with departments for department-specific events. They report progress to the Department Head.
 
The Lead of Community Engagement promotes the involvement of PHS personnel, including volunteers and Team Members, in the surrounding community through various means. They propose and execute new projects to enhance community engagement, increase the organization’s exposure, and foster bonding within and beyond the PHS community. They report progress to the Department Head.
